• There is an anti-condensation heater around the top opening to prevent moisture formation. Insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane foamed-in-place for maximum efficiency, strength and durability.

• Cold wall evaporator provides optimum ice cream dipping temperature.
• Comes with adjustable electronic temperature control (-20.6°C to -15°C).
• Drop in Model features heavy gauge, galvanised steel welded angle frame and base assembly.
